A quick and easy BBQ chicken naan pizza, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings, topped with cheese, turkey bacon, and cilantro.

- Olive oil spray
- 4 slices naan
- Sweet barbecue sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 1½ cups leftover grilled, roasted, or rotisserie chicken
- 4 slices turkey bacon (cooked until crispy, chopped)
- 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced vertically)
- Cilantro (chopped, for serving – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and lightly spray two rimmed metal baking sheets with olive oil spray.
- Place two naan slices on each pan. Spoon your desired amount of sweet barbecue sauce on top of each naan, spreading it evenly and leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
- Sprinkle a bit of shredded cheese over each naan, followed by an even distribution of leftover chicken and crispy turkey bacon pieces.
- Add another layer of cheese atop everything, drizzling with a bit more barbecue sauce for that extra oomph.
- Bake both pans in the middle rack of your oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the crust turns gloriously golden.
- Finally, sprinkle with freshly minced cilantro before serving!
Notes
Make ahead and refrigerate the pizzas until ready to bake. Use any leftover meats or veggies you have on hand.
