Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup protein powder (vegan)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, protein powder, chocolate chips, salt, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish, pressing it down evenly.
