- 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced (black or green)
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian-style dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell pepper, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired and enjoy!
