Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined and frothy.
- Layer the frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage or turkey bacon, diced onion, and shredded cheese over the tater tots.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top, ensuring it covers all ingredients.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before slicing into squares and garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
