Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Cream the butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract, mixing until evenly incorporated.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Scoop out dollops of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or just until the edges are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Dust each cookie with powdered sugar just before serving.
