Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix together the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
- Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for more robust flavor.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry; season generously with salt and pepper.
- Add olive oil to the griddle and place the chicken on it.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and a golden crust forms.
- Remove from the griddle and let rest for a few minutes to seal in the juices.
- Slice the chicken and serve, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
Marinate overnight for deeper flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
