Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix together the apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re well-coated.
  3. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, or overnight for more robust flavor.
  4. Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry; season generously with salt and pepper.
  6. Add olive oil to the griddle and place the chicken on it.
  7. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and a golden crust forms.
  8. Remove from the griddle and let rest for a few minutes to seal in the juices.
