Instructions

  2. Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and ginger powder until well combined.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Pour the olive oil onto the griddle, allowing it to shimmer.
  5. Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Add the pineapple chunks during the last few minutes and let them caramelize.
