Ingredients

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Place the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
- Pour any remaining marinara sauce over the shells.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy your delicious Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Shells!
Notes
Feel free to customize with different proteins or cheese blends. Make them ahead and store in the fridge up to 24 hours before baking.
