Description

Delightfully spicy and creamy Buffalo Chicken Wraps, perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until well coated.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each one.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Slice in half and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
