Description

Delicious and comforting Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps, perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring in the dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
  3. Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it’s melty and gooey.
  4. Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly and serve warm.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for added convenience and warm tortillas for easier rolling.
