Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano or Italian seasoning)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, stirring in the dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and mix in the shredded cheese until it’s melty and gooey.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll them up tightly and serve warm.
Notes
Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for added convenience and warm tortillas for easier rolling.
