Ingredients
- Low carb tortillas
- Pepperoni slices
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lay out the low carb tortillas on a baking sheet.
- Place pepperoni slices evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the pepperoni.
- Drizzle a little olive oil and sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder to taste.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding crushed red pepper or jalapeño slices. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
