Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded turkey, broccoli, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated and combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, if using, for added crunch and texture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly, with the top golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
