A delightful blend of creamy peanut butter and brown sugar, these Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies are perfect for cozy nights in or sharing with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, almond flour, brown sugar, egg, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into smooth balls.
  4. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten them slightly with a fork.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
