Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, almond flour, brown sugar, egg, baking soda, vanilla extract, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into smooth balls.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and flatten them slightly with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
