- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and half of the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Take one lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over it. Carefully roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat for all noodles.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses for that golden, bubbly finish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is deliciously bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and freshness.

These rolls can be prepared a day in advance. You can swap chicken for turkey or beef as desired.
