Description

A comforting family favorite featuring tender lasagna noodles rolled with shredded chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce, topped with bubbling mozzarella and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups creamy Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, and half of the Alfredo sauce until well combined.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce at the bottom of a baking dish to prevent sticking.
  5. Take one lasagna noodle and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly over it. Carefully roll it up and place it seam-side down in the baking dish. Repeat for all noodles.
  6. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses for that golden, bubbly finish.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is deliciously bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and freshness.

Notes

These rolls can be prepared a day in advance. You can swap chicken for turkey or beef as desired.
