Description

A comforting and creamy chicken spinach artichoke pizza, perfect for an easy weeknight dinner or as a delightful treat for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of flatbread
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach (roughly chopped)
  • 1/3 cup artichokes (drained and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil (drained)
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (180°C).
  2. Place the 4 pieces of flatbread onto a metal baking sheet.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese over each flatbread.
  4. Top with the cooked shredded chicken, spinach, artichokes, diced red onion, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and edges are golden.
