- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala spice blend
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the tikka masala spice blend and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the chickpeas, diced tomatoes, and coconut milk.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt to taste.
