Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and centers appear set.
  8. Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

For thicker cookies, chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
