Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, celery, carrots, red onion, crushed pineapple, and green onions to the dressing mixture.
  4. Stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
