- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned.
- Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
- Top with cheese and place in a baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
