Description

A vibrant and refreshing Cold Spaghetti Salad that’s perfect for summer gatherings and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup olives, sliced
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
