- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 1 cup Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and olives.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight before serving.
