- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats, and set aside.
- Whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a small bowl, creating a lovely blend of dry ingredients. Set aside.
- Beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar on medium speed until creamy and smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is just combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a soft cookie dough forms.
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips until evenly dispersed.
- Scoop the dough using a small cookie scoop and roll it into a ball. Gently flatten each cookie with your hand.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
