Description

A quick and easy air fryer cheesecake with a crispy graham cracker crust and a creamy filling.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling (or other fruit flavors)

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a small springform pan.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream and blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  5. Set the air fryer to 320°F (160°C) and cook for 20-25 minutes, until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool completely, then top with strawberry pie filling before serving.
