Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt to form the dry base.
- Melt the unsalted butter and stir in the brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the lightly beaten eggs, vanilla extract, and orange zest to the butter mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding in the dried cranberries and white chocolate.
- Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow your baked bars to cool completely in the dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and zest until fluffy.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle roughly chopped dried cranberries over the frosting and drizzle with melted white chocolate.

These bars can be made a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
