Instructions

  2. Arrange the corn on the trivet, standing them upright if they fit snugly.
  3. Close the lid and ensure the valve is set to sealing.
  4. Cook on high pressure for 3-4 minutes, depending on how tender you like your corn—3 for a little crunch, 4 for pure tenderness.
  5. Once the cooking time is up, carefully do a quick release of the pressure—watch out for the steam!
  6. Open the lid, and with a pair of tongs, gently lift out the corn from the pot—oh, the aroma!
