Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients gently, being careful to avoid over-mixing.
  5. Fold in your choice of chocolate chips, berries, or nuts if desired.
  6. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
