Ingredients

  • 8 oz medium pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the medium pasta shells and beef broth.
  6. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover.
  7. Cook until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
