Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the medium pasta shells and beef broth.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer and cover.
- Cook until the pasta is tender, about 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
