Description

A comforting fettuccine Alfredo dish, rich in flavor with creamy sauce and tender chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked fettuccine and chicken back to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Make ahead by prepping chicken and sauce in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
