Instructions
- Start by preparing the sugar-lime rim: Mix lime juice and sugar on a plate. Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice, then in the sugar to coat.
- In a shaker, muddle blackberries and mint leaves together, releasing their juices and vibrant aromas.
- Add rum, lime juice, and cream of coconut to the shaker along with ice.
- Shake well until everything is combined into a creamy elixir.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with additional blackberries and mint, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
