Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until blended.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss the cooked baby potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce until coated.
