Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until blended.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss the cooked baby potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce until coated.
