Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  3. Add the seasoned steaks and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly.
