Instructions
- Start by seasoning both sides of the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the seasoned steaks and sear them for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it melts smoothly.
- Return the steaks to the skillet, turning them in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
