Description

A cozy, creamy white chicken chili perfect for busy weeknights and chilly weekends.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the chicken, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, and chili seasoning.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to mix well.
  3. Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
