Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced (any color)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown.
- Toss in the garlic, ginger, bell pepper, green onions, and black pepper.
- Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt as needed.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
