Description

A vibrant, no-bake salad combining tender broccoli, crispy turkey bacon, sweet cranberries, and a tangy dressing, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups of chopped broccoli florets
  • 6 slices of cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
  • 1 cup of chopped cranberries (dried)
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar works well!)
  • ½ cup of sunflower seeds
  • ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, chopped cranberries, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the tangy dressing.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a refreshing twist, add citrus segments or diced avocado. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
