A vibrant, no-bake salad combining tender broccoli, crispy turkey bacon, sweet cranberries, and a tangy dressing, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of chopped broccoli florets
- 6 slices of cooked and crumbled turkey bacon
- 1 cup of chopped cranberries (dried)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar works well!)
- ½ cup of sunflower seeds
- ¾ cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cooked and crumbled turkey bacon, chopped cranberries, cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the tangy dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until everything is well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, add citrus segments or diced avocado. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
