Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 package mini graham crackers
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and well combined.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and melted chocolate, blending until creamy and luscious.
  3. Layer the bottom of mini cups with crushed graham crackers.
  4. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer and add the chopped strawberries.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes until set.
  6. Remove from the freezer, garnish with chocolate shavings, and serve.

Notes
