- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, letting it become a luscious pool of golden goodness.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the chicken in the skillet and sear on both sides until beautifully golden brown, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
- Add the halved baby potatoes around the chicken in the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
