Description

Tender sirloin steak bites infused with garlic and butter, served alongside sautéed zucchini for a hearty and flavorful dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling.
  2. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until nicely browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Once the steak is seared, add the minced garlic and remaining butter, stirring well and cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
  4. Meanwhile, sauté the zucchini in a bit of olive oil until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Serve the steak bites alongside sautéed zucchini, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For a zesty variation, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the butter mixture. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
