- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until bubbling.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until nicely browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Once the steak is seared, add the minced garlic and remaining butter, stirring well and cooking for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, sauté the zucchini in a bit of olive oil until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the steak bites alongside sautéed zucchini, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a zesty variation, add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to the butter mixture. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
