- 8 oz angel hair pasta
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy with chicken, steak, or shrimp.
