Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  5. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy with chicken, steak, or shrimp.

Notes

Make-ahead tip: Prepare the sauce ahead of time and store it in the fridge. Reheat with a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
