Description

Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ins: vegetables (like peas or corn), turkey bacon, or diced onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
  3. Layer the diced ham evenly across the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the ham, letting it soak in.
  5. Sprinkle optional add-ins if desired.
  6. Top with a layer of tater tots, placing them closely together.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously on top.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
