Ingredients

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the yogurt, fresh berries, honey (if using), and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
- Remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds. Enjoy!
