Description

Delight in these creamy and refreshing homemade popsicles made with fresh berries and yogurt – a perfect treat for summer!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the yogurt, fresh berries, honey (if using), and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 240-360 minutes or until solid.
  4. Remove the popsicles from the molds by running warm water over the outside for a few seconds. Enjoy!

Notes

These popsicles can be made in advance and stored in the freezer for up to a month. Experiment with different fruits and flavors!
