Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chicken bites in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
