Description

A creamy, low-carb twist on a classic cheeseburger dish, perfect for cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat and drain excess fat.
  3. Add beef broth, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet; simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Combine the steamed cauliflower, cream cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese in a large bowl; mix until creamy.
  6. Stir the beef mixture into the cauliflower mixture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Serve hot with optional toppings. Enjoy!
