Description

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 packages cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (pure)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the crushed graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until creamy.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Turn off the oven, leaving the cheesecake inside for an hour.
  9. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
