Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter and press into a tart pan.
- Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
- Mix in the dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to create a ganache.
- Assemble the tart by pouring the ganache into the prepared crust and spreading it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve topped with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
