Description

A rich and creamy no-bake tart featuring dark chocolate and a crispy Oreo crust, topped with fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • Additional powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Combine with melted butter and press into a tart pan.
  2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it simmers.
  3. Mix in the dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth to create a ganache.
  4. Assemble the tart by pouring the ganache into the prepared crust and spreading it evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve topped with fresh berries and a dusting of powdered sugar.
