Ingredients

- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
- Pasta (your favorite type, like spaghetti or fettuccine)
Instructions
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
- Pour in enough water to completely cover the pasta and add the pasta to the pot.
- Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
- Stir in 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
- Serve in warm bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
