Description

A cozy and creamy pasta dish made in one pot, perfect for weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
  • Pasta (your favorite type, like spaghetti or fettuccine)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Pour in enough water to completely cover the pasta and add the pasta to the pot.
  4. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Stir in 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Serve in warm bowls and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
