Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the red potatoes by rinsing under cold water, scrubbing gently, patting dry, and cutting into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Coat the cut potatoes by tossing them in the seasoned oil until evenly covered.
