Description

A creamy, vibrant pasta salad packed with zesty basil and mozzarella, perfect for any gathering or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (any type)
  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, basil pesto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and toasted pine nuts in a large bowl.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
