Description

Delicious pizza roll-ups filled with ooey-gooey cheese and savory pepperoni, perfect for family gatherings or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s thin.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  5. Add the pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  6. Carefully roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
  7. Slice the log into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Optionally sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side.

Notes

You can prepare these roll-ups in advance and keep them refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
