- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s thin.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add the pepperoni slices and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
- Carefully roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Slice the log into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Optionally sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side.
Notes
You can prepare these roll-ups in advance and keep them refrigerated for up to 24 hours before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
