- 2 teaspoons dried oregano

- 4 small tortillas
- Optional: Tzatziki sauce for serving
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and oregano, stirring to combine, and heat until warmed through.
- Combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, and sliced olives in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, allowing the ingredients to mingle.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until they’re soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the warm chicken mixture to each tortilla, then topping with the fresh vegetable blend.
- Serve with tzatziki sauce if desired.
