Description

A cozy twist on the classic grilled cheese sandwich, featuring roasted jalapenos and creamy cheeses for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 23 jalapenos, roasted and diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and diced roasted jalapenos. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread to create a golden, crispy crust.
  3. On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread a generous layer of the cheese mixture.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, making sure the buttered side is facing up.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melty, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Once cooked to perfection, slice your sandwich in half and serve warm.

Notes
