Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Begin by shredding the Brussels sprouts using a food processor or a knife.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, letting it shimmer and warm up.
  3. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Make-ahead by shredding Brussels sprouts a day in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
