Instructions
- Begin by shredding the Brussels sprouts using a food processor or a knife.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, letting it shimmer and warm up.
- Add the shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead by shredding Brussels sprouts a day in advance. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
